Who We Are

What We Collect

We collect: your name, email address, phone number, driving licence details, lesson progress notes, and enquiry/booking information. We collect this information when you fill in forms on our website, contact us directly, or book lessons with us.

Why We Use It

We use your personal data to: process lesson bookings and enquiries; communicate with you about your lessons; issue invoices and process payments; maintain lesson progress records; and comply with our legal obligations. Our legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (your lesson booking) and our legitimate interests in running a driving instruction business.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your data. We share your data only with: Stripe (payment processing — see stripe.com/gb/privacy); Web3Forms (enquiry form submissions — see web3forms.com/privacy). These processors are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

How Long We Keep It

Lesson records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting and legal purposes. Enquiry data from people who do not become students is deleted within 12 months. You can request deletion at any time (subject to our legal obligations).

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion ("right to be forgotten"); object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any right, email admissions@teamdrivingacademy.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
