By booking driving lessons or courses with Team Driving Academy ("TDA"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a booking.
Weekly lessons: £42 per hour, £78 per 2 hours, £395 per 10-hour block. Intensive courses: The Refiner (15hrs, £950), Zero to Hero (30hrs, £1,700), Complete (40hrs, £2,200). Prices are inclusive and fixed. Intensive courses require a £200 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due before the first lesson.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit. Payment is accepted via Stripe (card) or bank transfer. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has cleared. For intensive courses, your place is only secured when the deposit has been received.
Lessons cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or non-attendance without notice, will forfeit the lesson fee. TDA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule with 24 hours' notice in exceptional circumstances.
The £200 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations with 14+ days' notice: balance refunded in full. Cancellations with less than 14 days' notice: no refund on balance. If TDA cancels the course, a full pro-rata refund of unused lesson fees will be issued within 30 days.
The Client must hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence throughout their lessons. The Client must behave respectfully and follow the instructor's guidance at all times. Disruptive or abusive conduct will result in immediate lesson termination with no refund. The Client must inform TDA of any medical conditions or changes that may affect their ability to drive safely.
TDA provides professional instruction aimed at preparing the Client for the DVSA practical test. TDA does not guarantee test success. Test outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond TDA's control. TDA is not responsible for test fees, re-test costs, or any costs arising from test failure.
TDA instructors are fully insured. TDA is not liable for traffic violations, fines, or accidents arising from the Client's driving, except where TDA's negligence is proven. TDA's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client. TDA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
TDA processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide driving tuition services. It will not be sold to third parties. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
